Need to Modify My Order, What Should I Do?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly (typically within one-two business day for in-stock items). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Occasionally, items listed on our website may become unavailable due to unexpected circumstances. If this occurs, we will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to explain the situation. Any items that are out of stock will be removed from your order, and a refund will be issued for those items.

How I cancel the order

To cancel an order, please email support@paraenzi.com with the order number and the reason for the cancellation. Alternatively, create a ticket HERE and include the order number in the message tab before submitting it.

We ship to nearly every country around the globe! If for any reason your location isn’t available at checkout, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping can take 7-21 business days to arrive.

What are the shipping charges

Shipping rates vary by country, starting at just $0.99. For orders totaling $100 or more, you’ll enjoy free shipping.

Can I Update My Shipping Address?

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?

Regrettably, shipping fees cannot be refunded if you choose to return your items. For more details, please look at the shipping and return policy pages.

Do I need to pay for the Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes

We’ve got you covered! All customs, duties, and taxes associated with your order are taken care of by us. You won’t have to worry about any additional charges when your package arrives.

How Do I Track the Status of My Orders?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please email us at support@paraenzi.com.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer support at support@paraenzi.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive the returned item, it can take up to 7-10 business days to process your refund.

Are there any return conditions?

Items That Have Been Worn or Washed: If the item shows signs of wear, washing, or alterations, it will not be accepted for return. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Blind boxes, free giveaways, and promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer will not be accepted.

Missing Tags or Packaging: Items without the original tags or packaging cannot be returned.

No prior return request: Returns will not be accepted for items sent back without a prior return request.

How are refunds processed after a return?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 15 working days.

What is your refund policy for pre-shipment cancellations?

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we’re working on introducing an exchange option soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I pay in installments?

At the moment, we do not offer installment payments. However, we're looking into it, and we'll be ready in a month.

Why Was My Credit Card Declined?

Your credit card may be declined for several reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Ensure your card is still valid.
  • You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact your bank to confirm.
  • Incorrect information may have been entered. Double-check the details you've provided.
  • Your browser may not be up to date or might have a plug-in issue. Clear your cookies and restart your browser before trying again.

If none of these apply, contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance.

Was I Charged Twice?

Your card will only be charged once after your order is shipped. If you recently placed an order, any charges shown on your bank statement could be an authorization hold. This is a common practice by banks and usually clears within 48-72 hours. If you need assistance in speeding up this process, please contact your bank.
