At PARAENZI, every drop is limited. We’re a small, independent brand—not a mass production house.

That’s why our return policy is strict and fair. Please read carefully before ordering.

 

 Return Window:


We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered (as per courier tracking).

 

When Can You Return?


We only accept returns if:

• You received the wrong item

• You received a damaged or defective product

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached

• You provide a mandatory, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened

 

Size Issues:


We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered.

Please double-check our Size Guide before placing your order.

 

Items That CANNOT Be Returned:


We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn, washed, or altered items

• Items showing stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or wear

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Items sent back without a prior approved return request

• Blind Box Tees, Free Giveaway Tees, Clearance Sale Items, or Promotional Gifts

• Damage caused by customer misuse

 

Damaged Package at Delivery?


If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

Refuse the package immediately and contact us at support@paraenzi.com.

 

Return Shipping:


Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

 

Refunds & Replacements:

• We do not offer cash refunds unless you cancel your order before it has shipped.

• Approved returns will get:

 → A replacement (if stock available)

 OR

 → A 14-day credit note (if replacement not possible)

 

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping Only):


If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, we will issue a full refund.

 

Our Right to Refuse Returns:


PARAENZI reserves the right to refuse returns if:

• We see patterns of excessive or suspicious returns

• The item doesn’t meet the return conditions listed above

• We suspect fraud, abuse, or “wardrobing” (returning used items)
