Your orders will be delivered within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after dispatch.

• For Predict & Win / Giveaway Prizes:

Since these are special reward-based shipments, please allow 3–14 business days for delivery after confirmation.

We ship all orders from Mumbai, and work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

🚫 No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Due to rising fraud cases, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

But nothing to worry if you have trust issues!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an Email and WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.

If you don’t get a tracking link within 48 hours of dispatch confirmation, just drop us a message at support@paraenzi.com and we’ll help you out.

Though we aim for quick delivery, occasional delays can happen due to:
